The September announcements are not being mailed this year but are being placed on the website (rosehillhoa.com) and on the bulletin board on American Beauty Street.

The cookout usually scheduled in October has been cancelled this year. We hope next year will be the year for a huge cookout with all the trimmings and a chance for neighbors to get together.

The neighborhood is already looking festive for Halloween. Decorations are going up, as is the anticipation of spooky happenings. Happy trick-or-treating everyone.

Dues are coming due later this year (already), so expect a mailing at the end of November. Dues should be paid BY January 1st in order to avoid a $25 late fee. Our dues pay for our Association bills of: security cameras, electricity, lawn service of common areas, sprinkler repair, meeting room fee, business reporting fees, Post Office box rental fee, printing and postage, insurance, legal services and other fees. Paying dues when they are due allows the Association to pay its bills on time. Thank you, neighbors, for your attention to this effort, which makes our neighborhood safe and attractive.
