The Board of Directors has officially RENEWED our documents as a Florida Corporation, and as a Homeowners Association with control over the properties in Rose Hill (phase I). These documents are good for another 30 years.
The next step is to update the documents. The attorneys are looking over the proposed changes (think of it as housekeeping, -Orange County did this a few years ago with their Charter) and when ready we will print them and distribute a copy to each homeowner. At that time, PLEASE read the documents with the proposed changes and then we will all VOTE as to whether or not we want to accept the changes. It will be an UP or DOWN vote. All or NOTHING. If it passes (which is what we are hoping) then we will complete the changes with the courts and then send you a COMPLETED SET of the documents for you to keep.
