About Us
Our neighborhood is a 130-home sub-division started in the mid 1980s and located in Orlando, Florida 32818. The neighborhood is composed of 6 roads: Hillsdale Drive, Rose Hill Drive, Yellow Rose Drive, Peace Rose Lane, Petal Court, and American Beauty Street. We identify ourselves as Phase I because the neighborhood developer also created Rose Hill Phase II and Rose Hill Phase III. All the Phases are connected by neighborhood roads with Phase II in the middle and Phase I bordered by Good Homes Road and Phase III bordered by White Road.
Our neighborhood is covenant restricted and has an active Rose Hill Homeowners Association. As a homeowner, you are automatically a member of the Association. Dues are mandatory.
